The Gym - Week #3

Today is PAY DAY for me! I am not talking about literally, but physically. I am definitely feeling the effects of going to the Gym and it makes my heart happy! It’s not always easy getting up in the wee hours of the morning but I am telling you – it’s worth the effort! Every ounce of strength and will-power that you need to pull yourself up and out of that bed is quickly regained when you start your morning workout!

My husband and I joined a gym 3 weeks ago and it is really amazing to feel so good. I mean in every way, it is making a true DIFFERENCE.

I thought I would share some of the more important benefits of staying physically active. I have personally felt each of these benefits myself.

More Energy is #1
Increases mobility & flexibility.
Improves physical appearance, which is a self-confidence booster.
Ability to handle tough situations better.
Higher mental awareness and focus (Brainpower!)
Builds cardiovascular strength & endurance

All of the reasons above should make you run to the gym, workout for an hour, and then run back home again! Get with it and get going!!
